1 General Terms

Bet bad (betbad.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bet bad and its users. Please read these terms carefully before using any of the platform's services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. bet bad reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account with bet bad, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being closed.

Each user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Account details must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact the bet bad support team immediately.

3 Deposit Policy

Deposits at bet bad can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• A minimum deposit amount applies — this may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be refunded.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If you experience any issues, please contact support.
• Bet bad is actively committed to preventing money laundering — suspicious deposits may be subject to verification.

Deposit Limit

To help manage spending, users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. This feature can be activated at any time from Account Settings.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from bet bad:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held or verified if unusual or suspicious betting activity is detected.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on bet bad:

Live Betting

In live betting, bets may not be confirmed due to internet latency or connection issues — bet bad is not liable in such cases. As live odds change rapidly, the odds at the time of submission and confirmation may differ.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bet bad regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Before accepting any offer, please be aware of the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement (rollover). This must be fulfilled before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• Bet bad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet bad platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or offers.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Betting using third-party accounts.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.
